Willie Carey is a purpose-driven builder, teacher, and visionary who co-founded The Bridge to reimagine what the Church could be: mobile, missional, and rooted in love.

With a background in mentorship, entrepreneurship, and community work, Willie brings both structure and spirit to everything he touches. He believes faith isn't just something we preach—it's something we practice in the streets, through service, sacrifice, and showing up for people.

Willie’s leadership is quiet but bold. He’s not after titles or applause—he’s after impact. Whether he’s organizing outreach, teaching the Word, or equipping others to lead, he operates from the core belief that we are all called to build.
